Service Scope & Expectations Bowen Home Solutions agrees to provide cleaning, organizing, and/or laundry services as outlined in the service quote or booking confirmation. We strive to provide high-quality service; however, we do not move heavy furniture or handle items that pose a safety risk to our team.
Access & Security The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a lockout fee of $[Insert Amount] will be charged. Please ensure that all alarms are deactivated or that we are provided with the necessary codes/instructions prior to our arrival.
Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of service
Satisfaction Guarantee (Refund Policy) We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will gladly return to your property to re-clean the specific areas in question at no additional charge. Because our services involve time and labor, we do not offer cash refunds once the work has been completed.
Liability & Damage While our team exercises extreme care, accidents can happen. Please notify us immediately if you notice any damage. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, general wear and tear, or items that were not properly secured or maintained. Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
Payment Terms Payment is due in full immediately upon the completion of services. We accept Cash, Venmo & Zelle.

The 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee If you are dissatisfied with any part of your service, we want to make it right. Please notify us within 24 hours of the completion of your appointment.

Re-clean Policy: If you have concerns about specific areas, we will gladly return to your home to re-clean those areas at no additional cost to you.
Assessment: To qualify for a re-clean, we ask that you provide feedback or photos of the areas in question within the 24-hour window.

Refund Policy As a service-based company, our fees cover the time, labor, and expertise provided by our team. Because our service is an intangible product that cannot be returned, we do not offer cash refunds once the work has been completed.

We believe that our 24-hour satisfaction guarantee is the best way to ensure you receive the high-quality results you expect. If we have not met your standards, we are fully committed to returning to address those concerns until the job is done to your satisfaction.

Exclusions This policy does not cover issues resulting from pre-existing damage, conditions beyond our control (such as heavy construction dust or deep stains that require professional restoration), or services that were explicitly excluded from the original service agreement.
